I saw a headless man in my basement. I don't figure he was a relative. He was dressed in old-timey clothes. A white shirt with one of those cardboard kind of collars that attaches. I don't know how to explain it. He had a row of round black buttons down the front of the shirt. He appeared as I walked past my VCR and satellite dish box. I stepped aside to avoid running into him! He was only there a couple of seconds. Then he slowly faded away.

Gave me chills and made me insist that my husband install a light switch at the top of the stairs, so I didn't have to walk up in just the moonlight glow from upstairs. We'd been having a lot of trouble with a ceiling light going out in that room, then coming back on. Even switched out bulbs, and still it did the on/off thing. One night after turning it off, just as I was lifting my foot to start upstairs, I said, "Don't you EVEN--" and the light went out at that moment. This was before I saw the headless man, but the light troubles continued for a couple years after, too.Valhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13025832536749983018noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3677172151591739382.post-37761078427269987502017-10-31T12:57:47.681-07:002017-10-31T12:57:47.681-07:00Really great stories! Nearest market was at least 5 kilometers .
she had to set off for shopping in early mornings and when she returned it was almost night times .her all stories about those night times which used blow away my sleep as kid
She told us she saw in her way a beautiful lady who offered help hold her stuff but when she refused the beautiful lady start playing trick to fear her ,she turned into donkey some time and than a snake .
there was lot she used to tell us .
In whole village and even around she was famous for her bravery and love for justice .

When i was almost 4 i did not know about death. one day our house owner died (we lived in city until i was six) and mom told he is gone to another world and be never back.
In evening when i was standing with roof fence with other children i ,all of us saw his white smoke like transparent waving shape moving front of our eyes and disappeared above .
that shiver i can still feel in me .we all shouted and ran down to stairs ,some fell and get minor injuries .
I still think was it his spirit ?
If it wasn't than how saw it all of us at same timebailihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06498012175058870980noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3677172151591739382.post-33538387786435716312017-10-30T22:01:52.228-07:002017-10-30T22:01:52.228-07:00I grew up in a haunted or "strange" hous...I grew up in a haunted or "strange" house. My mom told of the story of one day hearing my brother crying. He was still in his crib at the time; something my mom wanted him to stay in as long as he could/would so he wouldn't be roaming the house at night. She went into his room to see what was wrong and saw a creature (or whatever) trying to lift him out of the crib. He never wanted to sleep in that room again alone and my mom eventually moved in there with him (my dad had died a few months before all this happened). None of us kids liked to go upstairs to the bathroom alone at night; we all coerced each other to go with us. I do remember waking up a lot at night feeling someone touching me on the shoulder only to turn and look and see nothing but feel someone touching me on the other shoulder. Our bedrooms were on the 2nd story of the house. One night I awoke and saw an apparition of someone climbing outside the window. We moved when I was seven to California from Pennsylvania. Nothing else was weird, but that house was weird. We didn't talk about it much after we left except my mom did say that she had the house blessed before we moved into it. Over 50 years later, I still remember these events i experienced or heard about vividly.

bettybettyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06323135450742337670noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3677172151591739382.post-66541885012591054442017-10-30T19:30:37.182-07:002017-10-30T19:30:37.182-07:00My mother claims she saw a "red hand" as...My mother claims she saw a "red hand" as a child.
